Agendas (2025)

A copy of the meeting’s agenda is available prior to each meeting.  All meetings of council have the opportunity for members of the public to make comments on both items on the agenda AND items not on the agenda.

Minutes of the City Council and its boards and commissions are public records and copies may be requested by contacting openrecords@lockhavenpa.gov once the minutes have been approved (usually at the next meeting of council – for example, Jan 16th minutes would be approved usually at the Feb 6 meeting).
